ok so the article we had to read was king of redundant. I get that we have to code well and keep design in mind. Though one thing maybe its bcze I am so early in my career as a designer, but between this article and the chapters i just read in my user center design book, i kin of feel like a true novice. Even though poeple say dont get discouraged and practice makes perfect, this doesnt seem to be a good fit comment to insert when ever i struggle. I have read many articles which all talk about well formed code, and from my grasps of things, well formed code also transforms into a good software application for USER. HMMMMM!! I thought software was things that aided us to accomplish a task. I understand the css in a sheet is the way it is designing nt the functunality. This might just be me that is confused but I would like to know if anyone else is confused about that. The article itself like i said is something i keep reading n alot of post. Good code, Good research, and state your problem as clear as you can. But what about if you dont have a problem, how do you design for something that you have no idea what it is. The use of interactive media and how to resolve a problem with it is a great idea, actually it is phenomenal, the fact that we are able to allow in todays world poeple the ability to interact despite there uniqueness speaks alot for our field. Our teacher made a reference of architects in class, tday as well in another book i was reading they made the same reference. Who would think that architects have alot more in common with us computer geeks. HA!!!! Sorry to those that comment was offensive, but get over it. Being a geek is a good thing. Anyways I want to know what yall are thinking, I abandoned this blog for a while but mabe now i can get back and have an active community where we can all interact.

On other news the semester is coming to an end this coming week. Finals start on Monday. This has not been a difficult semester, not like the last one. I have also registered for classes and next semester is going to be work. SOme of my classes area at 8:00am and I am not looking forward to that. Everyone that know me knows I am not a morning person so let me apologize to my teachers ahead of time. I AM SORRY.

SO i was just browsing through some pages trying to get ideas for my project and I came across an article by Tobias Baeck. The article is about a speech that was delivered by Sir Ken Robinson at the 2006 TED(Technology, Education, Design) Conference. In this speech he is really hitting the nail on the head by my standards. As the world evolves in Math, Speech, and humanities the creative arts are taking a back seat to the rest. What was once a world filled with inovation and creativity is rapidly becoming a dull and dead seed. The comparison of strip mining land and a child’s mind serves justice as i too feel that this minds are being set up for no use in the future.

Here is the link to the article and the actual speech that was presented read check out the video and give me feed back. Am I wrong for thinking the same way? Or maybe I am one of those who isn’t afraid to be wrong because my teachers never restricted my creativity. I was fortunate to have great teachers and still do who dont by any chance limit my ability to think outside the box. Its just actually thinking outside the box that is hard for me.

Ok so I have not been the most up to date person. I must admit I have been slacking a little. Why I don’t know maybe its just the time of year. But I promise I am trying to work on it. I am trying to finish strong not fade in the final lap. I have lees then 12 hours to do my homework which i have not yet even attempted to start. Wayne my apologies but this will be done one way or another. Anyways its Tuesday and all i can think about is Thursday. The turkey, the potatoes, ahhhhhhhh………. I am drooling at the thought.

Ok now to the root. I have not heard from anyone on ny post i guess no one decided to post or bother to read blogs hey what ever, from now on this will be my new personal blog where i will post updates and what is happening in my life. I anticipate in writing at least once a week maybe more depending on major events in my life.

Ok, ok so i dont buy all this that i have seen on yor blogs about you agre with this man. Sure you agree but is it because of the class that we are taking? Did you read the article becasue you felt obligated? come on tell the truth. I did. I felt obligated to read it because i wanted to know what the heck you guys were all talking about. but let me ask you something. DO you realize that if you have one of this public interaction sites such as myspace, fliker, facebook and so on and so on. there are to many to name. You have already been doing this. All the bulletins you post(spam by the way), all of the email you send to friends at a time I consider this to be a part of bloggin because you are getting your thoughts out there for other people to see. One difference though they are not stationary when they are e-mail and instead of people comming to see you you send it to them. Most f us have been bloggin for a bit and honestly when i started i had no clue i was doing it. I was just someone writting for well just to wriet cuz i like to. How many have diearies? I do its called my blog. all my close frineds have it and that is how they communicate with me. they go on there and find out what is happening in my life. OK ok if you are still reading you are probably tired of it by now, but i will leave you with this.

PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! dont just start blogging to get through this class. I started blogging in another class and stoped after we got out because almost no one bothered to keep up with theirs afterwards. be a true blogger and don;t do it cuz you are being forced, but do it as a means of communication.

Ok so I am in this class now which i think is kinda koo. Though one thing, I got the book and think I read ahead. Not a bad thing i think its just sometimes I just want to skip ahead and blurr out what ever is about to be said in class. BAD huh…….. I have been working on self control and it worked for the first day of class. So I have seen what our class looks like and seems like it is a very diverse class. I like it. I think we will all grow and develope as a whole. We are not all IMD but I think everyone has something to offer. I will reserve my short hand for later when i am in a hurry, for now I will write like a normal human being, whatever that is. LOL oh wait….. Laugh out loud. Sports for the most part are a big part of every ones life. Soccer, Football, Baseball etc. no matter the sport there is always someone who is eager to learn more of what there is to that sport. I myself prefer Football. Football in my family is more then just a sport it is life. LOL!!!!!! Here there will be a place where people with similar views of sports can come and interact

with each other. See outside of Sports lovers people tend to have a hard time understanding why there is such a passion for a devoted sport. Here we can all come together and discuss what it is that we so much love and drives to do what it is that we do with these sports. .
